Hello! I'm Chris, a Frontend Development Manager based in West Hartford, Connecticut. I combine hands on technical expertise with people leadership, coaching developers, driving Agile sprints, and integrating AI powered tools (LLMs) into our workflows. Accessibility is at the core of everything I build. As an IAAP Certified Professional in Web Accessibility, I ensure that websites meet WCAG standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users, regardless of ability. My focus is building accessible, secure, and performant web experiences using React, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and other modern frontend technologies.
